Our Kanamota table lamp is named after Mount Saint Helena which is Kanamota in Native American. Kanamota also means human mountain. Composed of uplifted 2.4 million year old volcanic rocks, it is one of the few mountains in the SF Bay Area to receive any snowfall during the winter.
