"I created this piece on a large vacant parcel of land in the South Loop (between Roosevelt Road, 16thand Clark, and the Chicago River) as a 'city within a city' with mixed income, hotel, office, apartment towers, walk-ups, courtyard multi-family complexes, townhouses, mid-rise boutique hotels, parks, restaurants, cafes at the intersection of 13th and Riverside Plaza Court."
