"This painting was done from a photo a local friend took. She travels a lot and it is something I have always envied about others. I have trouble with change and taking chances. I hope to try to travel more in 2019 and take more chances. This past year, I have been wanting to venture out to more parts of my area and I have spent some time at our Denver Union Station. Night life in Colorado is very colorful especially during the holiday season. I enjoy the color combinations. It’s like a puzzle putting colors together without giving a rainbow effect. As with all of my work, I focus on light and shadow play.
