"I was i the homeless garden project just behind my place. I like going there, there's always interesting things. I was down low, shooting something else and saw this bug as soon as I focused (the toy lenses I use are tricky to focus). I was really pretty surprised—it was bight neon green with black dots. Not a ladybug, i don't think. I went to take a burst of shots at once because these things are hard to catch, I shot a burst, and this was the only one it was visible in. Despite its bright color, it makes a good black and white."
