In this product, the illuminating function has become a pretext for the creation of an object with a markedly bold personality; the celebrated Meltdown lamp by Johan Lindstèn is available in three options: a floor, table and suspended version.
The base of the floor version has either five or eight diffusers, the table lamp has one. For the hanging version there are four different formats (single, a cluster with 4 diffusers, a cluster with 8 diffusers and linear with 3 diffusers).
The diffusers of all of these lamps have a distinctive spherical form made from colored pâte de verre glass that has been mouth-blown into a mold. The palette includes the following shades: amber, tobacco, rose, amethyst, light blue and dove grey: the purchaser can order the spheres in a single color or in a pre-set mix of hues.
The glass used for this lamp is a one-of-a-kind expression of the ancient art of masterful glassmakers; any small air bubbles or variations in the color intensity are due to the artisanal craftsmanship and represent a valuable addition.

Beckett Chandelier

The PH Septima is regarded as one of Poul Henningsen’s most refined pendants. When exhibited for the first time as a prototype at the Danish Museum of Decorative Art (now Design museum Danmark) in 1928, the poetic piece was publically applauded.
The shades made of clear glass are treated to appear with alternate clear and frosted fields and are positioned, so the frosted fields cover the clear fields underneath. This design allows the shades to spread the light in a more diffused manner while maintaining glare-free, downward directed light distribution. In addition, a neat round glass cup is placed at the top in order to prevent dust, etc. from falling into the lamp. In 1931, a smaller PH Septima 4 was launched based on shade sizes from the PH 4/4 lamp, where the original PH Septima 5 is based on shade sizes from the PH 5/5.
