Founded in 1885 in London’s West India Docks, Davey & Co’s marine lighting and hardware graced many of history’s best-known vessels. As Britain’s maritime heyday faded, Davey & Co used the skills honed manufacturing deck lights, saloon and navigation lanterns to launch Davey Lighting. Davey’s hand-made fixtures were snapped up by the world of architecture and design, taking pride of place in locations such as the Savoy Hotel.

This classic outdoor light has been a part of the Davey Lighting Catalog for over 50 years. Used in traditional architecture, it can now be found in contemporary settings that are suited to the timeless industrial qualities.
